I very much enjoy the Staff Members, & how promt they are will handiling isuses/& or concerns. As well as the Maintenance team that always does an outstanding job with their work. I love that there is a Video Library, & wi-fi @ the pool area. The only downfall is that the hot tub I guess isn't on year round.

Same as above. Very courteous and accomodating staff. Attentive to tenant requests. Took a long time to get an after hours contact number and initially to be notified of utility shutoff. Grounds nice. Parking lot clean. Some tenants do not comply with dates of trash pickup so it is out in yard almost every day of week. Upgrade/renovation schedule is good. Tenants smoke around swimming pools and put ashes in pool. Elsewhere this is not permitted. Virtually every neighbor is very friendly and everyone I know gets along. If you try to use bathroom adjacent to mailroom by pool, do not expect any soap or toilet paper to be in either men's or womens...otherwise, as long as rent is reasonable and my job holds out...I'd love to stay here!

Working from home is just not possible with the noise levels around. I understand the importance of repairs but please get it done quickly, its been over a month and I do not know when is this going to end.

overpriced for the value, sometimes frustrating and wouldnt recommend it.

I feel safe at any hour of the day, maintenace tends to be quick, front office is pretty prompt on answering questions and notifing residents if needed. Love were it is located. Very close to shopping and schools and parks.

The staff s great! Very courteous and they really make you feel like home. I recently paid late. The letter that was handed to me was very agresive and the late fee is excesive. I will make sure to tell them to consider this The laundry room in the club house is gone, and the other laundry room is in a very bad shape.

Not good. The structures are too old. Only suitable room is on the third floor. This way you won't be disturbed.

The quality of staff here is always what pops into my mind first. The staff member Bridgett is the reason I moved here in the first place. The manager Maria has been amazing the whole time and both are very kind, caring, welcoming people. I have had to have some maintenance done and Alex the maintenance manager is top notch. I have to say I have never dealt with a better maintenance crew or staff at an apartment complex.
