I feel that Arbors would make a very nice home for someone in Las Colinas. It is a very quiet community.

I lived here for over 6 months and Debbie and all people working at the Arbors are very nice to me. They are simple wonderfull . I love the maintenance. I definately recommend this property. Also become my neighbor it will be a Blast! lol

It is nice and Peaceful. The apartments are nice and the management team tries to take care of things quickly and accurately.

The apartment feels quite homely. Neighbourhood is also quite safe and secure. Close to all major shopping complexes like walmart, Kroger, Fry's, Bestbuy, Home Depot, Kohl's, Target, etc. Also being in the center of the metroplex, it is always not a long way drive to reach your destination like airport, downtown, etc. Maintenance crew is prompt enough to respond to your urgent needs. Property staff is friendly and helpful. I would certainly give a 5 star rating to the apartment community.

I would definitely tell them it is a great place to live. The people in the office are wonderful and very helpful! It is the best place I have lived since moving to the DFW area.

Arbors has spacious apartments with a great maintenance crew. The office staff takes the time to know your name and is always friendly and helpful.

That it's awesome. The property is very quiet and well maintained. I feel very safe here as a young single woman. The apartment staff is great! I love Karneisha, she knows me by name and always explains things to me so I get a clear understanding. I always see maintenance people walking around working on something. I absolutely love it here. ANS it's in a nicer part of Irving but reasonably priced.

This is a great place. The owners and management actually care about their residents. The propert stays clean, repairs are fixed when they say and the neighbors are wonderful. I will be here a long time.
